Importance of Nikah marriage bond in Islam and its impact on society

Abstract

Every nation and religion has its specific social and domestic fabric which is
pointed as a stand out characteristic of that nation and society. No society is
excluded from this and this has been characteristics of humanity right from
day one. Not a single society can exist in the absence of such practiced rules
and regulations. Domestic law comprises laws about Nikah, a marriage bond,
divorce, Kula, divorce through court and financial support to a family etc. etc.
Marriage bond is the best way for the continuation of human race, and
protection of eye and heart from going astray. Chastity, nobility, shyness and
neat and clear character is guaranteed when one gets into a marriage bond in
true sense. Marriage bond is not the name of a mere sexual and physical
interaction of a man and a woman. It is in fact a strong interaction and
relation between two families. It is not a name of satisfaction of temporary
physical a basic human instinct but is an institute which makes a strong and
socially connected society out of strongly built families. There are many
social, financial and physical benefits of marriage bond awareness about
which is utmost important. With more awareness about the institute of
marriage we can create a better society into being. The current article
explores the same issue into details and in research oriented way.
