Abstract

For safety, Allah Almighty has set limits in the Holy Qur'an. Similarly, along with the payment of rights, the payment of duties has also been advised. And in the modern era, various laws have been made to protect and protect human rights, and efforts have been made to implement them. The Prophet ﷺ was always proactive in paying the basic human rights. And was declared as an excellent example for all humanity.

Where there are rights, there are also duties. Some people's rights are other people's duties, for example, service to parents, if parents have rights, then these are the duties of children. Therefore, where the right is sought, it should also be taken into consideration whether it is obligatory on the one who is asking for it or not. In this research paper, the fundamental human rights have been scientifically evaluated in the light of Quran and Hadith
